Virgin Mary told three children in Fatima Portugal regarding praying the rosary daily  Those who pray the rosary daily will receive these special promises  1. Whoever shall pray the rosary devotedly on a daily basis will receive my special protection and graces  2.  Those who shall persevere in the recitation of my rosary shall receive signal graces.  3. The rosary shall be a very powerful armor against hell; it will destroy vice, deliver from sin and dispel heresy  4. The rosary will make virtue and good works flourish and will obtain for souls the most abundant divine mercies; it will draw the hearts of men from the love of the world to the love of God, and will lift them to the desire of eternal things. How many sould shall sanctify themselves by this means.  5. Those who trust themselves to me through the rosary shall not perish.  6. MOVIE: The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel

Movie about British pensioners who moved to a retirement home in India where they got a new lease of life.  Here's some quotes from The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel the movie.  in India, we have a saying...  "Everything will be alright in the end. So if it's not all right, then it is not yet the end." ~ Sonny  _*-*_*-*_ I love this quote from when their friend died ... and it was his last request to die in India in the presence of his one true love.  "Is it our friend we are grieving for,  whose life we knew so little or is it our own loss that we are mourning?  Have we travelled far enough that we can allow our tears to fall?"  ~Evelyn  "When someone dies, you think about your own life" ~Madge  _*-*_*-*_ about living in India  "The way people see life as a privilege and not as a right"  ~The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel _*-*_*-*_ Above all, I love the ending line of Evelyn as the movie comes to a conclusion  "The only real f...

Coffee is Life

"Life is like coffee. The jobs, money and position in society are the cups. They are just tools to hold and contain Life, and the type of cup we have does not define, nor change the quality of Life we live. While you pursue the fine cups, be sure to keep focus on enjoying the coffee!" ...  A beautiful and warm story about life and work balance. That may help in the journey of those starting as a remote worker in their chosen fields. Please read ahead and I hope you'll find light as you finish this wonderful story.  A group of alumni, highly established in their careers, got together to visit their old university professor. Conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life.   Offering his guests coffee, the professor went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of coffee and an assortment of cups - porcelain, plastic, glass, crystal, some plain looking, some expensive, some exquisite -- telling them to help themselves with the coffee.  W...

I thought I had it figured,  I thought I've already reached my destination,  I thought it was an answer to my question, but no ... it was just a layover  My flight got redirected,  I'm off to new destination,  To where? I am unsure,  But one thing I am sure ... I am guided by faith I am guided by faith, Walking with love,  Thriving with hope,  and Living with God

Mantra: I Validate Emotions

I'm starting to become known as someone who validates the emotions of others and is an emotionally safe place to discuss life's difficulties.

The Invalidation Trap

"Do not invalidate my feelings!"  Sounds familiar? has someone told you that recently? ... have you happened to invalidate someone's feeling and thinking that you just want to boost them to see the other side of the coin?  According to Happiness Tip, research shows that when we validate our loved ones' emotions, they receive a considerable bump in long-term well-being. However, we seem to have strong drive to do exactly the opposite and invalidate their feelings. We want to tell them they're overreacting. We want them to see that they're seeing the situation incorrectly. We may just want them to stop having that feelings altogether and take our advice for solving the problem.  Instead, we need to realize that these situations are really a test for us. Do we pass the test by validating feelings and deepening the bond? or do we fail the test by falling into the invalidation trap and damaging the bond?  So the next time you feel like responding "sobrang OA!...

I Trust You

I was in the moment of despair and doubt. Irrational conclusions about life kept popping in my mind. I can't help but ask ... is this really the way of God?  I am wondering, but at the same time hoping. Hoping that my questions will be answered ... might be entertained.  God blesses me abundance for so many years, and now ... he is pruning me. I am not sure of the reason, but I want to trust the process. I know this time is not just because he doesn't love me, but I know this is happening because he cares.  He cares that I had no proper vacation for all the years I was working as a freelancer. Rest was out of the option whenever I am working. He knows that during my rest days, I can't rest... I know he is watching... he is watching me with his merciful and healing heart.  I understand now. God want me to rest.  Rest and recover ... that must be the plan.  Though I am still unsure, but that is how I'm feeling right now. I need to learn how to slow down, take...

Resilience Self-talk

My internal dialog no longer focuses on my weaknesses. Instead, it focuses on my strengths. I frequently remind myself that I can handle more than I bare.

A White Feather for Today

As leaders, we're often taught to move forward, make decisions, close chapters -- quickly, cleanly, efficiently.  But the truth is, some goodbyes stays with us.  Not because they were dramatic. But because they were meaningful.  There's a quiet kind of pain that comes with letting go of something -- or someone -- that mattered.  A partnership that didn't last. A door that closed. A season that ended.  Today, a white feather found its way to me.  Not as an answer, but as a symbol.  A reminder that peace can follow even the hardest partings.  In leadership and in life, we carry both:  - The weight of decisions made - And the grace of honoring what they meant.  Let's remember:  Letting go doesn't mean it didn't matter. It means we're making room for what comes next -- with clarity, wisdom, and heart.

Heaven's Grocery Store

I was walking down life's highway a long time ago.  One day I saw a sign that read Heaven's Grocery Store .  As I got a little closer, the door came open wide,  And when I came to myself, I was standing inside.   I saw a host of angels; they were standing everywhere.  And one angel said, "My child shop with care."   Everything a Christian needed was in that grocery store.  And all you couldn't carry you could come back the next day for more.   First, I got some patience, love was in the same row.  Further down was understanding, you need that everywhere you go.  I got a box or two of wisdom, a bag or two of faith.  I just couldn't miss the Holy Spirit for He was all over the place.   I stopped to get some strength and courage to help me run the race.  By then my basket was getting full, but I remembered I needed some grace.  I didn't forget salvation, for salvation that was free.  So, I tried to get enough...

Cancel Culture

What is CANCEL CULTURE ?  Definition:  1. Refers to the practice of withdrawing support for (canceling) public figures and companies after they have said or done something considered as objectionable or offensive. Cancel Cukture is generally discussed as being performed on social media in the form of group shaming 2. Cancel Culture is the practice of publicly rejecting and ending support for people or groups based on their views or actions.  Hate is a virus ...  it's contagious ...  it is worse than any kind of pandemic ...  Hate can kill people ...  hate can easily take down a company ... even the billion-dollar ones hate is the end of humanity ...  But why is that we even entertain "HATE" in our lives? ... even if we know most of its repercussions leads to destruction.  Maybe we can have a better understanding of "HATE" when we know what fuels it ... where its leading to.  Maybe a long time ago, watching Disney on a plain b...

Umbrellas and Noodles

There was once an old lady who cried all the time. Her elder daughter was married to an umbrella merchant while the younger daughter was the wife of a noodle vendor. On sunny days, she worried, "Oh no! The weather is so nice and sunny. No one is going to buy any umbrellas. What will happen if the shop has to be closed?" These worries made her sad. She just could not help but cry. When it rained, she would cry for the younger daughter. She thought,  "Oh no! My younger daughter is married to a noodle vendor. You cannot dry noodles without the sun. Now there will be no noodles to sell. What should we do?"  As a result, the old lady lived in sorrow everyday. Whether sunny or rainy, she grieved for one of her daughters. Her neighbors could not console her and jokingly called her "the crying lady." One day, she met a monk. He was very curious as to why she was always crying. She explained the problem to him. The monk smiled kindly and said, "Madam! You need...
